What causes natural disasters, specifically earthquakes? This experiment introduces concepts related to natural disasters, with a focus on earthquakes. Through a series of investigations, students will learn more about the causes of and the different types of earthquakes. They will be challenged to build a structure that can withstand a shake test to better understand natural disaster preparation.
