Sherrie is a Senior Manager of Drug & Regulatory Affairs at Novartis. She attained her PHD in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania. She also talks about her life experiences and how she climbed the ladder, in addition to why she thinks the STEM field is a great area to start a career in.
